Last Friday I decided to hit the CF in Mid Valley for my workout since I had to shoot off to Damansara right after. I’ve been looking at the front entrance of CF for many years and never once thought that one day I would actually be a member and walk in there myself.
First impressions… I could see that the place is visibly older than the one in Sunway Pyramid especially the equipment (not to mention most of the people there too!). The place is huge! Way bigger than the Pyramid branch. There was a pool on the terrace outside which I might try out someday.
The equipment, albeit appearing older didn’t bother me as they were in order and functioned well. The shower, locker rooms and everything else was about the same. I definitely wouldn’t mind coming here again but my preference still goes to the Pyramid branch!
