Stroopwafels are originally meant to be eaten with a cup of steaming coffee. Yummy! For him at least

Since he loved those stroopwafels, I got a colleague of mine who was going to Holland to get me some.
This should feed us for a while.
Because my mum has yet to try Krispy Kreme doughnuts, we bought a dozen of them in two boxes. A box for my mum, and a box for his mum.
They didn’t last long before they were all finished up!
Thanks to her, I got to try this thing called Stroopwafel and I LOVE IT! This is by far the yummiest waffle I have ever eaten. Apparently it’s eaten with coffee, but I love having it with milk! 
Salmon season is now on at Sushi King outlets, until 30th November 2009. This was our dinner last Friday.
Way back on October 4th, we went to conquer experience the buffet lunch at Rakuzen. The difference between this buffet and other buffets is that the food is ordered off the menu, so it all comes to you fresh! Yummy! And since we were seated right across the chefs, whatever we ordered came to us much speedier than if we had been seated somewhere else.
What’s a Japanese buffet lunch without trying out their sushi? Here’s a plate of what we ordered. We had more than that, but this was the only plate that survived the slaughter long enough to be photographed. One of the stuff that didn’t make it in the photos was the plate of assorted Sashimi. I was too busy cleaning out the plate until I forgot about taking photos. :p
We love our salmon. Can you tell that we’re cats? Yes, the salmon teriyaki was absolutely delish!
A bowlful of little jade beads a.k.a. shelled edamame beans. Not a fan of this stuff but she absolutely loved it!
Dessert was green tea ice-cream. Since I’ve never had it before, we decided to try it (even though we were already stuffed by the time dessert came). It was very nice, not too sweet, and in the cutest onion shaped bowl! Agreed!
Definitely will come back here again Yeah, what she said!
